Thank you so much for shopping with Lily Sophia! While we hope that you will fall in love every item you order, we understand that sometimes that item doesn't fit quite right. In that case, please follow our return policy below for items that need to be exchanged or returned:


Policy
If for some reason your item does not work for whatever reason, please read through this return policy completely.

We offer refunds on unworn, un-washed non-sale items within 30 days of purchase with tags and receipt. After 30 days, clothing may be exchanged within season and within reason.

If you ship an item back without first processing a request, Or if the item is damaged, washed or worn, or was purchased on-sale, your item may be shipped back to you with no refund.

If you are returning an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if for some reason we do not receive your returned item.

Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs with a flat rate of $9.99.

All sale and discounted items are FINAL SALE. ALL ACCESSORY ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. 

To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, your item must be unaltered, unworn, and unwashed, with tags attached. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once returned item(s) is/are received, your item will be processed within 1-3 business days. If returned merchandise is deemed to be in returnable condition, and you’ve requested a refund for your order, the refund will be issued to your bank.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account (timing will vary based on your financial institution).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company: it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. Please allow 5 to 10 business days of processing time before a refund is posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact sheree.lilysophia@gmail.com
